Shirley Tregre has been performing professionally as an entertainer, a principal actress, a commercial print model, a professional voice-over actor, and a Cajun Dialect Coach. Shirley is now based in the heart of Denham Springs, LA. Shirley’s favorite roles: Faith Howell in Making the Grade, Betty Jardine in Blood Relatives, Aunt May in Diversion, and one of the Doucette Clan in Raging Cajun Redneck Gators.
Shirley launched her acting career in her web series Voice on the Phone in 2012. Shirley launched her film acting career in a short film named Cabin Fever in 2012.
Shirley launched her voice-over career in the radio play version of It’s a Wonderful Life in 2012 which she worked 2 years on the annual fundraiser/benefit for New Orleans Shirley was the voice over of Violet Bick, the nosey neighbor, and Ma Bailey. Shirley also has done voice overs for the Fox feature Film “Wendy” and several commercials.
Shirley coaches voice actors in Cajun dialect. Shirley has assisted in teaching voice over classes and acting classes.
